Compliance & Disability Access
Our office will conduct expert on-site assessments of the property to assess compliance with Planning Permissions, Building Regulations and Fire Safety as well as compliance with Part M of the Building Regulations. Subject to our assessments we can provide the following certifications:
- Certification of Compliance with Planning Permission
- Certification of Compliance with Building Regulations / Fire Safety
- Disability Access Certificate
Note that if you are buying or selling a property there may be additional engineering services required which we will be happy to assist you with.
